For nearly two decades Adrian has provided a personalized suite of integrated strategies to address even the most complex financial needs confronting families. He focuses on the preservation and enhancement of wealth through financial planning, tax-intelligent investment management, and charitable planning. Adrian began his career as a Financial Consultant in Washington D.C. Since moving back to Wisconsin he has been continuing his passion for investment research through a wide array of experiences allowing him to strive to deliver exceptional advice and value to his clients. While studying economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, he traveled to Central and South America to further his Spanish fluency and to learn more about the developing world. With family and friends located throughout the world, Adrian gets to enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people.

Shawn is dedicated to helping people accumulate wealth and in a tough tax environment pass it on to the people they care about most.  He takes a multi-faceted approach to investment planning that allows him to operate efficiently for his clients in an ever-changing financial environment. Shawn often describes the art of financial planning as a puzzle.  Anyone can sell you something, however, seeing how the individual pieces of someone’s financial life comprises the big picture is more important in the long run.    

Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1992.  He holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial and the 66 registration through Freedom Wealth Alliance.  

Shawn resides in Waterford, Wisconsin with his high school sweetheart and wife, Kim and their children Austin and Delaney.  Shawn has been in the industry for over 25 years.

Kurt is driven by a singular passion in life: live the best life he can, while helping as many deserving people as possible along the way. His focus is to improve everything he touches. Kurt has spent the last 25 years of his professional career helping people improve their financial lives. Since the beginning, his focus has resulted in him outgrowing 2 investment firms, leading to his ultimate professional achievement, building and managing his own R.I.A. Kurt’s goal is to bring high quality, personalized investment management within the reach of deserving investors. Recently Kurt reinvigorated his investment team by creating the R.I.A. Freedom Wealth Alliance. His vision is to create a diverse team of financial professionals offering quality tools and products, to clients and advisors without sacrificing independence and freedom. For Kurt work is deeply interwoven into his life. He is always looking for ways to improve and grow. He meets new challenges head on, always striving for professional development and advancing new portfolio management techniques.  Even his hobbies are centered around conquering new adventures, from climbing to the top of a mountain, to diving to the bottom of the ocean.  In his down time, traveling provides the necessary personal balance to all of his professional endeavors. Darren is dedicated to helping his clients work toward financial independence. He remains focused on his clients and guiding their financial situation so they can pursue their dreams and enjoy their true passions in life. Darren has spent the last 15 plus years of his professional career helping people work toward financial freedom. Darren obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He began his career in financial services at Strong Capital Management evolving into more than a money manager. Darren strives for a deeper client connection, providing risk management strategies, and customized strategies tailored to his clients’ goals and objectives. Germantown, Wisconsin is home to Darren, his wife and 2 sons. He is also a “Grandpa” – his daughter and son-in-law soon welcoming their second child into the world. Darren’s family enjoys spending time together, supporting one another in their athletic endeavors and encouraging one another with laughter and love.

As the Senior Portfolio Manager, Eric leverages his passion and experience investing in the global financial markets to manage diversified, multi-asset portfolios to help our clients pursue their financial goals.  He leads the firm’s Investment Committee to determine investment strategy, drive research and construct portfolios with a keen focus on managing risk on behalf of our clients.  Eric is a firm believer in financial education and leads a number of initiatives to enhance the knowledge of our clients on the ever increasing complexity of investing in the financial markets. Prior to joining Freedom Wealth Alliance in 2016, Eric was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Company.  In this role, he assisted in the portfolio management of the firm’s discretionary, multi-asset portfolios and performed the due diligence on investment managers across a variety of asset classes and alternative strategies. Eric received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Marquette University, where he graduated with honors.  Eric is a CFA Charterholder and holds his Series 7 registration through LPL Financial and 66 registration through Freedom Wealth Alliance. Eric was raised and currently resides in Southeastern Wisconsin with his family.  He and his wife are very involved in the many activities of their three young children.

As Vice President, Shannon helps build and grow key client and stakeholder relationships through partnership with Freedom Wealth Alliance. Shannon helps ensure that the firm’s strategy-focused resources are leveraged to maximize the client wealth experience. Prior to joining Freedom Wealth Alliance in January 2011, Shannon was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Shannon’s capital markets experience dates back to 1998 as President and Co-founder of a financial services software company servicing global banks. Shannon received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology/Anthropology and Romance Languages from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. He also holds an International MBA from Thunderbird, The Graduate School for International Management in Glendale, Arizona. A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Shannon resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife Jillian, and daughters Sydney and Zoe. Shannon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and embraces the unique perspective of a parent of special needs children. In both his personal and professional life, Shannon is driven to invest in quality personal relationships.

Robin Rozman’s background is diverse ranging from criminal justice to fundraising. Her career in financial services began in 1995 and was nearly short lived until she found her forever firm at Freedom Wealth Alliance in 2005 (formerly Rozman Wealth Management). She was finally able to satisfy her moral compass and her career goals, with a firm that first and foremost, does the right thing for their clients and associates. Robin’s focus is to deliver information to our clients that are both relevent and important to them. She develops materials for clients to inform and educate them as they make important decisions on how to select a Wealth Advisor and investing their hard earned money. Robin also calls upon her diverse background and 20 years of experience to find the most effective ways of maintaining a compliant business practice. As Registered Investment Advisors, Freedom Wealth Alliance is held to the highest standards in regulatory obligations. Robin understands the value of doing what is right by the client and going by the book. Like most of us with a family and busy schedule, Robin finds that maintaining an efficient system at work and home works best but loves the challenge of something new. Cooking is one way for her to be organized yet creative.

Chuck began advising clients in 1984, and became a Certified Financial Planner Professional in 1989.  Chuck joined Freedom Wealth Alliance in 2016 as a Financial Advisor to offer his clients a team-based approach for their financial endeavors.  Chuck focuses on retirement planning, wealth accumulation, risk management strategies, estate planning, long-term care management and comprehensive fee-based financial planning. Chuck graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse and is a lifelong resident of Waukesha County.  He lives in Oconomowoc with his wife, Donna, of 29 years and their children Oliver and Elizabeth.

Tom has in his 16 years in the financial services industry been advising and educating his clients through market expansions and contractions. As an investment advisor representative, Tom develops close relationships and develops a clear understanding of his client’s goals and risk tolerance through regular contact and his open door policy. Most rewarding to Tom is not only managing his client’s finances and working towards their goals but the feeling of being like a trusted member of his client’s family. Tom joined Freedom Wealth Alliance in 2012 from his previous firm to work in a team based environment that works in a collaborative effort and scale. Capitalizing on one’s strengths while combining the greatest strengths of other team members creates the solid foundation Tom was looking for in a financial firm. Tom is passionate about the financial industry and understands the importance of a well thought and developed plan for financial independence for all his clients. He specializes in investment and retirement planning for families and closely held businesses.

Bryan Ratkowski’s background in financial services began in 1997 as a life Insurance Agent for a prominent Milwaukee firm. He then spent time working in a local community bank and there he realized that Investments was ultimately the area he wanted to focus on. In 2006 he joined Rozman Wealth Management (now Freedom Wealth Alliance) and has been focused on servicing our clients’ needs and desires with regards to their financial matters. Bryan’s focus is to deliver the best client service in a detailed and efficient manner. He holds the clients’ needs in the highest regards and will do everything in his power to make sure those needs are met or exceeded. As a Registered Client Solution Specialist, Bryan holds himself to the highest standards in regulatory obligations and understands the value of doing what is right by the client. Typically, if a client has a question about their account Bryan is their guy.  Bryan is patient and kind, clients enjoy speaking with him and getting his assistance with their questions or requests. Bryan spends his free time with his son. He helps coach his baseball team in the spring and is his biggest cheerleader during football and basketball season. Bryan is also an avid outdoorsman, spending time in a tree stand during bow season is the ultimate get away for him but fishing and camping are not far behind.

Jerry is dedicated to continuing his 44 years of providing guidance and advice to his clients to achieve their financial freedom. Jerry’s strong emphasis on understanding his client’s goals and objectives allows him to implement and design a customized financial plan that over the long term works to accomplish those goals and objectives.

Jerry obtained his degree in finance and accounting through Bryant & Stratton, and Marquette University. His career started in 1975 at Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management with stops at Blunt Ellis & Loewi and B.C. Zeigler. He holds his securities Series 6, 7, 8, 22, 63, 65, and 66 registrations through LPL financial.

Jerry resides in Mequon, WI, he also has a vacation home in Neillsville, WI where he was born, and his grandfather came to America to farm in Neillsville. He is married to Laura Lee and has two sons Eric and Paul and has a grandson Easton.

Jerry is a dedicated hunter and forest conservationist. He enjoys hunting, fishing golf, gardening and his classic cars and Harley.

Cris Adams’ primary focus is on client service.  She has dedicated her financial career to helping clients with service needs.  She stumbled into the financial services industry in 1991 when she answered an ad for a new firm that needed a receptionist.  After one week on the job she began working with a financial advisor, then another, and finally a third advisor all together.  This led to getting the Series 7 and 63 licenses which are held by LPL Financial.  She is thrilled to be working with Freedom Wealth Alliance, a move that has energized and refocused her work life. Cris takes particular pride in truly knowing the clients, both in their financial needs and personally.  She feels it is important to know the whole person so that she can better serve them in their lives.  It is here mission to make each client feel welcomed and special any time that the call or come into the office. Cris has a son who lives in Austin, Texas that works for a network sports division and travels throughout the United States and the world, covering sporting events.  Her daughter is married and living in Milwaukee, she works with recovering substance abusers. Cris’ passion is theatre of any kind especially musical theatre, and attends as many shows as possible.
