Compensation Package

  • You maintain a fixed salary paid out every 2 weeks. Tell that to your spouse.
  • Bonus eligibility on a quarterly basis for new assets you brought in
  • The ability to earn commissions in addition to your salary. (subject to client’s best interest rules)
